The contest is open to all ibo speaking ladies between the ages of 16 and 26 years of age. The contest is totally aimed at empowering the youths and limiting the growth of certain social vices in the state.The contest on the hand will help in the promoting of tourism and the inherited culture of the state as the the contestants will be given room to create a specific attire representing her local government.
