Mr TOURISM IMO 2014 was held on the 31st of august 2014 at the luxurious hotel,all season hotels and resorts owerri imo state. An Event which is proudly brought by H.U.G.O Inc Concepts.
After the event,we caught up with the winner...here is an exclusive interview with him

Chibuzo_nwadike:i guess you feeling fly now(laughs),may we know you sir?

Makepeace:oh yeah! My name is ugbojiaku makepeace nnamdi , a final year student of the federal university of technology owerri studying biotechnology.am an indigen of orlu imo state nigeria.am from a family of 7 and I happen to be the last.asides modelling I love music and am a very good singer.Am jovial , down to earth and I don't break my promises so I hardly make them

Chibuzo_nwadike:How did you get to know about the contest,mr tourism imo?

>Makepeace:It all started when I came across the mr tourism imo state pageant online.it got my interest so I contacted the organizers , H.U.G.O Inc concepts,from the things I was told I was able to deduct that it was going to be a stepping stone for my modelling career.so i got my form , went for the audition which I passed then told my family and friends about it and the next thing I found my self in the camp

chibuzo_nwadike:tell us briefly about your experiences at the mr tourism imo camp?
 
Makepeace:Camp was fun , it's like the coolest place ever.initially all delegates weren't so close but we got closer each passing day.before I knew it we were all living like we have known for years.oh I miss those boys.on my first day in camp an open election was conducted and I was elected  the captain of the camp.the best times in camp was during our dance practise . It always gave me the opportunity to get to know the other delegates better as most amazing characters displayed.


                    
chibuzo_nwadike:what would you say are the qualities that distinguished you and the other contestants?

Makepeace:I will say every contestant during the pageant were peculiar and unique in their own way.but I will say that my height (6 ft 3 ) ,my smartness, my outspokenness , composure and my looks gave me an edge over the other contestants


chibuzo_nwadike:What do you miss about the camp?

Makepeace:I am missing the other delegates already and the organizers,H.U.G.O Inc Concepts, the dance practice , outings and visitations ,I.Q sessions , morning workouts,well garnished meals and awesome appetizers.


chibuzo_nwadike:winning the contest,what good has it done to you?

Makepeace: winning the contest has gone a long way helping me achieve my goals,right now I will say am living part of my dreams.I have always wished I had the mantle of Mr tourism imo state on me.apparently I have been opportune to meet very important personnel's that have affected my life style positively. The organizers,H.U.G.O Inc Concepts, touched almost every aspects of our lives.the contest to me was like a school,a very necessary training for any aspiring models.courtesy,social ethics and charity were handled most of which we learnt while in camp

chibuzo_nwadike:as mr tourism imo state,what are your plans?

makepeace: My plans as mr tourism imo state include reaching out to the less privileged,orphanage,empowering the youths and up coming models in imo state(both male and female).further more I want to engage in bigger contest both on national and international levels.


chibuzo_nwadike:what are the qualities you love in a lady?

makepeace: it's simple,my kind of lady has to be God fearing,smart,well behaved and beautiful.most importantly she has to be kind hearted and caring just like my mother

makepeace:  to my fans out there,never give up,chase your dreams because that's part of who you are.above all,out God first in what ever you do.
